We provide thorough support for such "difficulties. We will help you enjoy your trip to Japan to the fullest.

Our service goes beyond providing information. If you have any questions you'd like to ask the establishments beforehand, we'll inquire on your behalf and relay the answers to you.

For example, if a customer expresses a preference not to eat meat, we'll confirm with the restaurant in advance whether they can accommodate such dietary requests and provide you with the result. If you'd like to make a reservation, we'll handle it on your behalf, so please don't hesitate to ask.

Additionally, whether you're looking for nearby parks from your current location or seeking nightlife information, we'll research and provide you with whatever information you need.

We also offer interpretation services.

Points to note

You cannot keep the video call connected continuously. For example, it is not possible to have simultaneous interpretation throughout your visit to a museum to listen to explanations about exhibits. You can connect for up to 5 minutes per online interpretation session.

Basic Fee: $35 / day

Questions or Requests: $4 / times

Available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
A basic fee will be charged even if there are no questions or requests.
A 10% discount is applied to the basic fee for contracts lasting 5 consecutive days.

Unlimited Plan

Fee: $150 / day

Available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this time, you may ask questions or make requests as many times as you like.

Q&A

What kind of information can I get?: We may not be able to provide certain information.
We cannot provide information on transportation, accommodation facilities, or establishments related to sexual services. Additionally, we do not create travel itineraries. However, we will provide support to the best of our ability for anything else.

I would like to have online interpretation, but is it permissible to keep the video call connected continuously?

It is not possible to keep the video call connected continuously.

For example, it is not possible to have simultaneous interpretation throughout your visit to a museum to listen to explanations about exhibits. You can connect for up to 5 minutes per online interpretation session.
